Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Macon Tent Rentals was absolutely wonderful to work with. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made such a difference. When we found ourselves navigating a stressful weather situation, their team stepped in, showed up in a big way, and went above and beyond to help us feel supported.
They were dependable, responsive, and clearly experienced with events of every scale. I’m so grateful for everything they did and would recommend Macon Tent Rentals without hesitation—for an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration. After working with them, I only wish I had brought them in for more of the event.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Macon Tent and Rental was wonderful to work with for our annual meeting! This was our second year using them for tables, chairs, and linens, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian, Miriam, and the team were helpful in determining our needs, making reservations, handling setup, and completing breakdown afterward.

Even when we had to pivot on an item, they remained professional and found a way to make it happen. We truly appreciate their flexibility, service, and attention to detail. We look forward to working with Macon Tent and Rental again next year and would highly recommend them to others!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our daughter's wedding at our home and used Macon Tent Rentals. What an amazing experience. The process was super easy, their website is really intuitive. They came for a site visit to ensure smooth set up for the big day. The crew was fabulous, everything was in great condition, they explained everything we needed to know. It looked so amazing we actually had people who were driving by stop and ask where we got the tent, it could not have been better! I highly recommend them for any function you are hosting where you need the best service and equipment, ask for Miriam 😉

We used Macon Tent Rentals for our wedding in South Georgia. We rented a stage, chairs, a dance floor, and a facade for the front of the stage. Although we don’t live anywhere close to Macon, they made it a seamless experience!! From dropping everything off, to putting together the dance floor, to picking up, I couldn’t ask for an easier process. THANK YOU for making our weekend so special!

I have had the great pleasure of working in the event world for a couple decades. In this industry, as a planner, you are only as good as your vendors and the team that help you pull together magic!

The team at Macon Tent Rentals are ALWAYS above and beyond expectation. Weather, timelines, fast changes, quick additions/removals, creative solutions - there is nothing you can throw at this group without them shining through it. Each member of their team represent the company with integrity, excellent manners and just genuine kindness and goodness. These are good, hardworking people who care about what that they do.

The owners Jeff and Brian are the absolute best - always willing to work through and with you for whatever vision you are crafting!

Jeff is “boots” on ground for most of the events I work with them on. He asks the best questions, offers solutions to ideas you might have and not 100% know how to pull off but know what you want in the end. He’s always respectful of venues and your time.

This past June we had a sail cloth tent reception with torrential downpour and high winds. Jeff came down during the event to make sure everything went smooth and oversaw during the roughest patch of weather! (It was all perfect and the tent was a saving grace, it could’ve been a permanent structure with how sturdy it was) You don’t always see that kind of respect and integrity.

I could honestly go on and on about this team with examples from my teams of how good their staff and brand are - but in short - if you are in the market for an event rental company with quality products and knowledgeable people - you found ‘em.

First, let me say this was a wonderful company to work alongside with. My son was married on March of this year! Macon Tents were awesome with making an appointment to see the property to take measurements for the tent. We rented the 40 x 60 Tent, Perimeter lights, beautiful dark wood chairs, and tables for 150 guest. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Customer Service was awesome! Day of setup and pick up went perfect as planned. Before calling Macon Tents, I reached out to several other tent companies who were already booked full with their rentals for that day. But, because Macon Tents has a large supply of tents and other rental items, they were able to provide me with everything. I must admit I am the owner of an Event/Wedding Planning & Linen and Decor Rental Company and I have chosen to start using Macon Tent Rentals as my preferred Vendor for these rental items. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service is what I need in a vendor for all my clients. Let me give a shout out to Brian the owner and their exceptional Office Manager Miriam. I am looking forward to referring Macon Tents to my clients so that they may have the same wonderful experience that I enjoyed. The wedding was at 240 NorthProduction House/Chateau Green in Historic Fayetteville, GA.

Macon Tent Rentals truly understands what it means to serve customers from first impressions to lasting relationships. From the first phone call to request quotes, the site visit to see products and sign contracts, to the installation and take-down, we could not have asked for a better experience. Every employee was smiling, introduced themselves with great eye contact, offered handshakes, and asked questions to make sure they understood everything we needed to make our event perfect. These folks realize that employees are the lifeline of any business and their employees understand customer service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Macon Tent Rentals was the most perfect wedding vendor I could've asked for! After looking all around the Atlanta and Macon areas for a rental company for my wedding which was at our family home, I went with Macon Tent Rental because of how easy Angie was to work with and how responsive she was. Jeff came to our wedding location for a meeting and was so kind and so knowledgeable on all things weddings and rentals and was so easy to get along with. When wedding week came, the team came 3 days in advance to set up and everyone was extremely respectful of our property. There was an oversight on our side and they worked quickly to help us overcome and correct it. Everything we ordered was in immaculate shape, well taken care of, and very clean. It was raining the day they came to pick up rentals so some of our grass got messed up since it was wet and they sent their crew back to our house the next week to fix it, without us even asking them to do so. This company is the definition of hospitality and going the extra mile. I will never use any other rental company. Thank you, Macon Tent Rental for helping accomplish the wedding of my dreams!!!

The only thing is I'm not sure about the hours that are listed that they are open. When you rent you're told to pick up and drop off between 7:30-8:30am. That could be for the weekend or everytime during the week. They also offer delivery as well. They loaded my truck and also provided straps to keep the furniture in place.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience. Pretty straight forward in their dealings. The tables and chairs arrived as expected and picked up in a timely manner as well. Pricing was on par for the area and I liked being able to choose what kind of chair I wanted. My party planning was made a little bit easier because of these guys. Thanks!
